| We are now celebrating the 30th anniversary of March 1. At the end of World War II, Korea was liberated by the democratic allies.
But if countless patriots and spiritual leaders had not fought bravely against the enemy Japs before and after March 1, how could we be liberated? But what is our reality? There are not a few who shed tears of gratitude for the benefits of the United States and the Soviet Union, but there seem to be a few who sincerely appreciate the efforts of our patriots and spiritual leaders. As we commemorate the holy March 1, we must first reflect on our own transgressions and shed tears of repentance. And, as our solemn conscience dictates, we must resolve once again to rebuild our fully sovereign and independent nation in the spirit of patriotism of March 1.. To realize this determination, let us complete the unified independence of our country by peaceful means. Even if we want to achieve political independence, the only way is the reunification of South and North Korea. Let us unite in the spirit of March 1 and jointly struggle to achieve the sovereign independence of our country. |
