| Dear Chairman and representatives of political parties and organizations!
It is indeed a great development in the history of our independence movement that the ardent patriots of the North and the South have gathered in the same place to discuss a plan to carry forward the unified democratic independence, and it is a great honor for me to be present at such a grand meeting. Without our country, there is no Koreans, nation, and without the nation, what party, what ideology, what organization can exist? Therefore, at this stage, the only great mission of our entire nation is to achieve reunification and independence. However, the greatest obstacle to reunification and independence is the so-called separate election and separate government. Therefore, the goal of our common struggle in the present time must be to crush the separate election and the separate government. Not only do we now oppose this system, which divides the country and destroys the people, but we must thoroughly prevent it at any time and in any part of the world. Therefore, this conference, which has gathered with the crushing of the separate election and the separate government as its greatest mission, must be successful, because the victory of the whole nation must be our victory. I am also confident that we will succeed in our endeavors if we are united in the spirit of unity. International relations are also complicated, but I am confident that we can improve everything if we unite as a nation and strive for international goodwill and understanding or struggle. If we can improve international relations through our efforts, I believe that our contribution to world peace will be unquestionable. In order to complete the reunification and independence of our country and make a great contribution to world peace, I hope for the success of this conference and wish you all the best. |
