| The U.S. proposal to hold nationwide general elections under international observation to form a legislative assembly is one that lovers of justice and peace around the world would absolutely support.
We are confident that it will be realized. I have been opposed to the theory of a separate government, and I believe that this theory will be naturally extinguished by the new proposal of the United States.
