| This party promoted the work of the first stage of the inter-Korean conference to the Political Consultative Conference with a resolution of the central executive committee in the previous year. Later, through the communication of North and South Korean leaders, the Pyongyang Conference was held, and our work entered the second stage.
This party declares that it will continue to devote its own methods and capacities, as in the past and present, to the development of the reunification process at the initiative of the peoples themselves, in order to overcome the unrelieved anxiety caused by the division of the country and its peoples and the non-self-determination of the peoples. We, who have made it our creed for decades to establish a democratic, unified and independent country based on equality in politics, economy and education through the complete recovery of our national sovereignty, deeply recognize that the correct policy and mission can be implemented by only rejecting foreign interference and promoting internal unity. |
